Who created the Little Big Eater Meal Plan:

Chef Sofia Reyes

Sofia is a chef and a mom. She created the Little Big Eater Meal Plan after noticing that so many moms wanted to feed their babies well but kept getting stuck on the same things: no time, fear of getting the texture wrong, and worry that the baby just won't eat.

So she laid out the menu month by month, from 6 months to 2 years, with simple ingredients, quick prep and the right texture for every stage.

The goal isn't to turn you into a chef.

It's to make sure you always know what to offer your baby, at every stage.

Frequently asked questions

What if my baby won't eat the recipes?

It's completely normal for babies to refuse new foods, and most of the time it's not that they aren't hungry, it's that they're bored of eating the same thing. That's exactly why the plan includes 160+ recipes sorted by stage: if one doesn't work, you've got another one ready for the same day, no thinking required. And if it still isn't working for you, you have 30 days to ask for a refund.

Which plan should I choose?

If you just want to handle the stage your baby is in right now, the Basic Plan has you covered. If you'd rather have everything sorted through age 2, plus the allergy and choking guides, the treats and the on-the-go snacks, the Complete Plan is the one. The difference between them is just $5.

What age can I start using the plan?

From 6 months, when babies usually start solids. The plan follows your baby month by month until age 2, and the bonus recipes keep going after that. As always, follow your pediatrician's guidance.

How do I know the texture is right for their stage?

You don't have to figure that out. The plan is already split by age, and every recipe sits in the stage where it belongs. Just open your baby's month and make what's there.

Do I need to be a good cook or buy fancy ingredients?

Not at all. The recipes use everyday grocery-store ingredients, and the steps are written for busy moms cooking on the fly. There's also a swap chart for when you're missing something.

How long does a recipe take?

Most of them are ready in 15 minutes or less.

I've already started solids. Is it still worth it?

Yes. The plan is organized by stage, not from day one. You jump in at your baby's current month and keep going from there until age 2. You won't miss a thing.

Do I need a blender or food processor?

No. Everything is made with what's already in your kitchen: a pot, a fork and an oven. None of the recipes need a gadget you'd have to buy.

Is checkout secure? How can I pay?

Payments are processed by Hotmart, one of the world's largest digital product platforms. You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, and other options available in your country.

What if I don't like it?

You're covered by a 30-day unconditional guarantee. Log in, try it with your baby and, if it's not for you, just ask for a refund. No hassle, no awkward questions.
